所以Keep one’s power dry 為….做好準備(蓄勢待發)

這原由來自戰爭時要求士兵準備就緒，power是指gunpower(火藥)，所以就是保持火藥乾燥，隨時都可能派上用場。

也有漫步的意思，看前後文，例如I like rambling around in the country
