Oliver與Diggle出任務，Diggle老婆Lyla交代他們千萬別輕舉妄動，她說

Lyla: Keep your powder dry

Oliver: We’re not going to keep our powder dry.

Keep one’s powder dry: To be ready for a challenge with little warning. / to be ready to take action if necessary

所以Keep one’s power dry 為….做好準備(蓄勢待發)

這原由來自戰爭時要求士兵準備就緒，power是指gunpower(火藥)，所以就是保持火藥乾燥，隨時都可能派上用場。
