Previously on phrasal Verb [settle for] 免強接受，I settled for anything that was second best.

本週片語[ catch up with ]: to come level with and sometimes overtake (someone or something)

Ex.

1.      We were unlikely to catch up with our friends as they left long before us.

2.      The other  group of walkers left first, but we caught up with them at lunch-time.

追趕上某事或人。

Overtake:追趕，超過
